I do not hear ringing when I call someone.
I cannot be sure if the call is dead. Most of the time the other person is surprised because I am late to say hello

@Baksen You didn’t happen to mute your phone ?? Also ensure you have volume turned up .

Is it all the time? everyone? maybe reboot your phone. Try another location. Also check to see if Bluetooth might be on. You can tell if the phone is connected as there is a timer that starts once the other person picks up.
