      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is it all the time?&amp;nbsp; everyone? maybe reboot your phone. Try another location. Also check to see if Bluetooth might be on. You can tell if the phone is connected as there is a timer that starts once the other person picks up.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
