      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/367998"&gt;@Bia_239&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please contact your credit card company first to make sure it actually was a double charge. Sometimes "PENDING" charges can stick for a bit. I know in December/January credit card invoice, pending charges stuck on a bit longer. If they say it's a double charge for sure, the yes, reach out to a CS Agent for a credit to your account or refund. However, if you are still on the old Legacy Reward system, you'll lose your $2 monthly discount. Just sharing info you may not have thought of.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
