Cannot receive talk or text from certain people

Hello! I have heard from 2 of my contacts that they cannot reach me through talk or text - they go immediately to voicemail and their texts do not get delivered. Would I need to obtain a replacement for my SIM card?

Very rare it is your SIM. Most likely it is the settings on your phone.

First reset the Network Settings on your phone and reboot your phone and see if that helps.

If you need further help on how to reset the network. Please let us know the make and model of your phone.

@anne_96 did you just port a number into PM ?? If so sounds like porting was not complete . Check old providers sim does it still work ?? If yes this confirms porting not complete . No worries I’ll send you the porting team number private message and they can re trigger the port request for you
