How do I get ahold of customer service online? Not the chat bot.

PM support is all online, you can open ticket with PM agent here

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there

or you can share your questions here and the Community can try to help

Just to note that the chat bot is broken. Don't use this chat bot is my recommendation; and I really really wish and hope that PM fixes it soon but we don't know when. As softech has pointed out when you have an issue either post it in the forum (if you think other members like you can help you with it) or send a direct message to the service agent as mentioned below.
