    <description>&lt;P&gt;How long does this take to change? I have rebooted my phones a couple times and it still is showing "SOS" on my phone screen.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good Morning,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to activate a new physical SIM as my phone seems to have stopped recognizing the old one.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I've ordered a SIM online and it is now in my possession. I'm trying to activate it now but the instructions to do so appear out of date and I don't see an option to activate the SIM on my profile. I'm also not sure where the activation number is&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Can someone please provide assistance?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you so much.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I've changed the SIM code and received a confirmation via email.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have one further question if you don't mind - how long does it take for this change to take place? Do I need to restart my phone? My phone number still appears as Unknown under my phone's SIM manager.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
