      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I am just setting up my account &amp;amp; am trapped in the "To confirm it's you, enter the &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;6-digit code &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;sent to &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;*******000" loop. I have not received a text because my phone number has already been requested for transfer. Is there a way to get that 6 digit code via email rather than text? I now have no phone to use to contact....&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Have you tried putting the PM sim card in the phone and rebooting the device ?? Do you have any service at all with PM SIM card ?? And does your old provider SIM card still work ??&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if yess to all theses question these questions then the the porting &amp;nbsp;not completed and I will send you the lodging team number private message .       <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, I have the old Koodo SIM in the phone &amp;amp; did answer the "YES" to transfer number to PM. I got a text from 611 saying "You have successfully created a new PIN" but there was no PIN sent &amp;amp; now I can not send or receive texts...&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Make sure OS is up to date and carrier profile is updated if needed .
