USA roaming only partly working

Hi,

I have a USA Roaming Data Talk and Text 15 day package. It is enabled in my account. The data roaming is working fine. However, I am unable to call or text on the roaming package. My status says I have "-1 messages left" of unlimited Txt and "-0.02 minutes left" of unlimited talk. I am into 7 of 15 days. I have restarted my phone. My carrier here in the USA says AT&T. My samsung phone is LTE/WCDMA/GSM enabled.

Any ideas on how to get my talk and text working would be greatly appreciated.

You can try

If possible, put your phone to 4G/LTE and connect to T-Mobile or AT&T.

If calls still don't work, put your phone to 2G and connect to T-Mobile. From the settings menu.

Phone is on LTE and connected to AT&T. Tried 2G mode and connect to AT&T. No T-Mobile network in the area that I am in. Still not working.

After trying that did you restart the phone? Should work with T-Mobile then but you said none in your area.

I have seen some people with success right away and some people unfortunately still cannot connect.

Setting to 2G on the AT&T network does not work. No T-mobile available in my area.
