      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’m having trouble porting my number. I’ve been trying for over a week now. I also can’t “submit a ticket” to talk to anyone. At this point I don’t know what to do. Anyone have any suggestions?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

And don’t forget to leave old provider sim in the phone to reply YES to the confirmation text to port&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
