@leestella are you using the app or mobile browser to access My Account?? You have to expand the menu pane to see "logout"

On the app or mobile browser click ⊕ or ⧁ at the bottom left to bring up the menu and you will see Logout

Some browsers will remember, detect, autofill, and even autologin password fields. Some add-ons and extensions will "helpfully" do the same. It's usually behaviour you can enable or disable somewhere in settings, but it's usually "hidden" automagical behaviour most people won't notice until there's a problem.

And the Self-Serve websites have always been problematic at their finest. Even before the EverSafe kludge got bolted on.

Disable Brave filters, scriptblockers, ghostery, etc. Logout Self-Serve. Clear cookies. Clear caches. Close browser. Restart browser and login Self-Serve. If it's still broken then your browser is garbage, replace it with something that actually works.
