If you try to go from a more expensive existing plan to a cheaper " new activation only plan, PM will not allow this&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Use the messaging and contact CS_Agent directly, provide your account number and the last four digits of your credit card as proof of who you are (PM Will ask for this information so you might as well provide it and save time) and make the friendly request to switch. Good luck.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
