      <description>&lt;P&gt;My usage renewed yesterday Jan 7 and immediately showed that all data had been used. I did not use the data-this is an error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also today I was charged $30 for 3 GB add-on that I did not request.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please advise.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
