Texts are not delivering

I’m a new subscriber and I’m having problems with sending out texts to certain individuals. Why is that?

Ensure you're sending SMS texts and not RCS messages (i.e. iMessages or Android Chat)

Also try resetting network connections and rebooting device.

You can also ask the people who you're having trouble with to text you first, then reply to that text.

I am having the same issue without resolution. How can I fix this?
