      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’m new to public mobile and I subscribed to 50gb &amp;nbsp;data on 5g network and free eSIM took my payment and then said I had to submit a ticket which I couldn’t seem to get to anything cause they kept going back to the payment review and pay and they already took my payment once and I refuse to pay it again any suggestions on how I can either get my phone working or refund to go to another phone company&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Can also check your welcome email for the QR code and install .
