    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My old credit card recently expired and every time I try to update my payment method with the new card, the website says 'unable to process request at this time. Please try again later.' I have tried at various times and it gives me the same error. I entered all the information correctly and the card has funds available. How can I update my card successfully on my account? (at this point my account has been suspended because I can't update the card)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorry for this! This has been an issue for some time now, i have seen several people say they are not able to update cc info.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Strange!!
