      <description>&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;So while trying to setup my mothers phone I made a mistake using the new Simcard number instead of the old. Now the app is stuck on step 6 of 6 saying subscription not activated. I cannot go back only options are to log out or Get Support. While trying to get support it goes nowhere. I’d like to be able to change the info I entered to correct problem but cannot get any support from App&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;</description>

For the payment part &amp;nbsp;you can uninstall the app reboot phone and re install app and try again .
