How Community Rewards Work

Hello, how are community rewards calculated. Does calculation start beginning of one's pay cycle or start of every month? During the period would one know how much community reward one has achieved? For example would one know if they have reached the maximum $20 rewards?

calculate monthly, calendar month. Usually you will know what you get on the 15th of the following month.

but no one know how much effort needed, it is top secret with PM. Just keep helping. But 1 or 2 points are easy, 5, 10 or 15 would means a full time worker here

But keep participate , answer questions that you know.

Are you on old legacy rewards or the new point system ??
if old legacy reward you need not do anything the rests will automatically be added to your available funds

if on new point system then once you have 15 points you can redeem $15 off your phone bill from your rewards portal

Please note that PM is on a 30 days cycle and not monthly. Once you made your payment. 5% of the month will be converted to points. Once you achieved 15 points, you can redeem it for a $15 credit off your next bill.

Points can also be redeemed for Add-on.

To check your current number for of points, just login to your account then click on My Rewards online or on the PM app.
