      <title>Subscription failed, only option on app is "contact support"</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My app is stuck on the subscription failed screen with the only button available as "contact support".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If a public mobile employee can get back to me to help finish my activation that would be much appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the same problem. The app is garbage. clicking contact in the chatbot takes you in an endless loop becuase clicking the option to sign in does nothing. I have contacted technical support as suggested below. The app shouldnt even be an option, when community support is where you need to go for problems.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
