Hi All, What are PM's "non-Boxing week" plans like? I'm considering the Boxing-week offer of 4GB for $24/mnth but may want to upgrade later should it not be enough data.

Is switching plans straight forward?

Most plans are for new customers. However, if you like one of those plans and you are willing to upgrade, not downgrade, you can reach out to a CS Agent and nicely request to be "upgraded" to this plan. They will not downgrade. Also note, if they do say yes, you WILL lose anything you've paid for this cycle and the new plan/cycle will start right away.

I can personally confirm I upgraded to a plan that's for new customers only. Just be nice to them.

I upgraded from the $25 5GB 3G plan to the $29 30GB 4G plan.

I would honestly suggest that if you have a plan you like and it's one of these boxing week specials, jump on it now while you can. You can change at any time.

hi @Kovacsa non Boxing week plans will be regular plans ..lol

The $24 plan is for new activations only.

But you can check your luck with PM agent. please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:

Remember, that plan supposed to be for new activation, so agent has the right to decline your request, although some reported they got it.

@Kovacsa You can check your account for the plans available to you . And yes it’s straightforward just click on the plan you want and best to pick change plan on renewal instead of immediately or you lose money on your current cycle PM is pre paid and no refunds . But if you want one of the new activation plans you can ask support as others here have confirmed getting these plans I was able to get the 50GB for $34 just by asking for it
