      <title>Duplicate charge upon subscription</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I purchased two lines and received two emails confirming the order for $43.68 on Nov 24, 2023. However, my credit card shows three charges for the same amount on that date. Credit card company suggested to contact the seller. I am not able to create a ticket because the site displays an error message. What do I do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
