I signed up, got the sim in the mail and I get a message of activation error when trying to set up on the iOS app. How do I fix the activation

try to uninstall and reinstall and give the app once more chance

If that does not work, please engage support and they can help to update the sim card number, and complete the rest of the activation process for you:

I took your advice. Uninstalled the app and re-installed it. It did not work I tried on 2 different phones too. No luck. I contacted the CS Agent.

Sounds redundant but my iPhone was stuck on activating , simple reboot fixed the problem
