      <description>&lt;P&gt;I took your advice. Uninstalled the app and re-installed it.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;It did not work&amp;nbsp; I tried on 2 different phones too.&amp;nbsp; No luck.&amp;nbsp; I contacted the CS Agent.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sounds redundant but my iPhone was stuck on activating , &amp;nbsp;simple reboot fixed the problem&lt;/P&gt;</description>
