Try rebooting your device @Dagger

If you're looking to use a US Roaming add-on, you'll need to toggle on Roaming and connect to the T-Mobile network (or possibly AT&T).

@Dagger First reboot the phone . Is it a U.S. roaming add on or just a regular data add on ?

still not work?? check My Account using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser and check payment history and confirm if the purchase was completed

so which add-on did you purchase ? Did you get the Long Distance add-on, or the US Roaming add-on...give us a hint ?
