      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; I`m trying to change my plan and yesterday my balance change from 65CAD to 0CAD.... why? Today I have to pay 85CAD to change my plane with 4GB data to 2GB data (costs 55CAD). On Monday (13 Nov)&amp;nbsp;I have registered new SIM public mobile card and perform my old number transfer from virgin mobile. I have provided all information in my PM account but still my number is active and not switched to PM card. I have also fill out form SIM &amp;amp; Activation card on Mon/Tue but still I didn`t get any information when porting will be completed. Could you help me?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Martin&lt;/P&gt;</description>
