&lt;P&gt;I'm really sorry to hear about this!&amp;nbsp;This is surely not an ideal situation for you.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you would like to regain your number that has been ported out, you will need to do the following:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1) order a new SIM on our website&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2) activate it using a temporary number&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3) request a port-in of the number you want back&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Since it was moved out, it surely caused your Public Mobile account to deactivate. This is why you will need to activate a new one.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>Hello, I require help with my account. I lost my number to another provider which I did not want to transfer but they given me no options to cancel with moving my number. Now I would like to have my public mobile account active once again and get my number to its right place which is Public Mobile. Thank you in advance. Any help is greatly appreciated.</description>
