I would like to change my plan to the $34. plan but it says new activations only . I have read talk to an agent they are able to do this . I called talked to an agent . He told me i had to go to community and an agent will help me here i am help

only available to New Accounts...but...I've seen evidence that Customer Support will grant the plan change if you ask nice. Use this link..
