    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need help reissuing a number transfer request to Telus. When I initially switched providers, Telus sent me a message to authorize the number transfer but I could never deliver my confirmation due to poor cell service.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I called Telus as I believe it was an issue on their side and they told me that the new provider public mobile now needs to reissue a new request for the number transfer and try approving again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;how can I have public mobile reissue a number transfer request to Telus?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
