      <description>&lt;P&gt;I got a notification that my service is suspended and realized that I didn't change my credit card info. Now when I try to pay , with the new card, I keep getting the same message "cannot complete transaction" What is going on? Big inconvenience not having my phone since the new year!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
