      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had the same issue when activating my wife's account. I just bought a new SIM card from a physical store nearby and contacted a customer support agent and they refunded my account fully for the credit.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just make sure not to forget to use your referral code when signing up if you end up changing your sim card.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
