If you're looking to upgrade, you can ask politely to a CS Agent. Here's the link

I upgraded from the $25 5GB 3G plan to the $29 30GB 4G plan. Just note, they will only "upgrade" and not downgrade. I give full credit to @Handy1 and @kb_mv for sharing this with the community.

Reach out to a CS Agent and ask very nicely.

@sohd Best to ask support for this , they can sometimes help others have reported getting this plan

Public Mobile Customer service would not give you that plan so I moved to Koodo for $34 and 50G data and other perks..

Why wouldn't they? Were you downgrading? That could be why. If you're upgrading, spending more money, they will gladly change it.
