Hello,

I was wondering if it is possible to update the email address affiliated with my public mobile account? If so, how?

yes possible. Login My Account, Profile and click Manage EverSafe ID

Hi @Frank52

Just log into your account and click on profile and you can update your profile there.

Once logged in, go to Profile on your left side, then Manage EverSafe ID. There the second option is to change your email. Easy as pie.

@Frank52 This can be done in your account profile page . At the top big blue box says manage ever safe tap it and update email there

Hi @Frank52,

It is easy to update your email address on your account. Just follow the steps below:

Step 1: Sign into your account and click on Profile

Step 2: Click on the button labeled, "Manage EverSafe ID"

Step 3: Click on the arrow along the Email Address section

Step 4: complete the field with your desired email address.

Step 5: Click on Confirm!
