Lately I have experienced poor signal and at times no service in my area here in Windsor, is there anything that can be done to improve the service? I was previously with Zoomer and never experienced bottlenecks like this.

For Public Mobile (Telus), refer to the Green or Blue towers. Bell and Telus share towers together, so you are most likely on a Bell tower with Public Mobile, even though Public Mobile is owned by Telus! The white towers are Regional Providers Towers, like Ice Wireless, Freedom Mobile, SaskTel, and Eastlink.

If you find out that there is no Blue / Green tower nearby your home, ask an agent about it, the link is provided by @Handy1 and @HALIMACS.

For example...if you were out E C Rowe towards Ojibway, you might have good Rogers signal, but less than great Bell / Telus. As you travel around the city, do you notice a more stable cell signal ?
