Payment not going through

So first of all, I had auto pay but not enough in my account, filled my account
At this time the amount due was $78CND, but when trying to pay again and again and again, using differement methods; all not working in the end.

Now when I look at my bill; it is $90CND and still not able to pay it with my Scotiabank Debit Card

Please help, I live on my phone

Debit or credit card? I don't think you can use debit.

@Rockdaddy22, Debit Visa cards work just fine, I have used one for a while.

Debit Mastercards are not accepted.

Yes debit visas, but not just regular debit.

If regular debit = interac.. the one which does not say "VISA" on the card, then this is the first instance I am hearing of such a card being successfully used to make payment with PM.

PM has only announced Debit Visa, or Canadian credit cards, or vouchers as accepted forms of payment.

Here's the list of credit card options: More Payment Options Added

The SIM order page actually has more options so that may be confusing people.

And of course buying vouchers can use whateverv the retailer accepts.
