    <description>&lt;P&gt;Let's confirm VoLTE status. If VoLTE isn't configured, your phone will try to use 3G for voice calls, which won't work since you have poor 3G coverage at your location.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Change your phone back to 4G (LTE). Once you're back on LTE, dial *#*#4636#*#* on the standard Android dialer. Go to phone information -&amp;gt; 3 dots in top right -&amp;gt; IMS service status.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What does it say for IMS Registration and Voice over LTE?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/367746"&gt;@haltayeb1992&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;it's possible your phone doesn't support VoLTE (voice calls on LTE).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If that's the case, you can be connected to LTE with good signal, yet not in coverage of 3G for voice calls.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What phone do you have and which city are you in?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
