      <description>&lt;P&gt;Public is under telus, if you have no telus towers near your area then signal is going to be hit or miss, drive to somewhere local and if it's working there then signal at your house is probably just bad.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it's not working at all then open a ticket with an agent and they'll answer you. You'd get a notification on your account when you log in if your plan wasn't active&lt;/P&gt;</description>
