    <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I topped up my payment before the scheduled subscription date because I went on holiday for 3 weeks.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On the schedule subscruption date, they asked me to top up AGAIN !! now my account is on hold.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can't they just use the money already in my account??how dumb is the system??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;please kindly help&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Are you on autopay?&lt;BR /&gt;No credit card registered?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;From my experience PM will use your reward (if any $) then available funds on account and if needed to a top up from credit card. So far it worked well.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
