      <title>Can’t activate eSIM</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just joined today and I can’t get my eSIM activated. I scanned the QR code and it says it can’t activate. I tried removing my old physical SIM card and restarting my phone - still nothing. I can’t find a customer service number to call to get this sorted out and this is my only phone number so I need it fixed ASAP. Help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
