Hey Everyone

Black Friday I switched to the $34/40GB unlimited plan from a company in BC called CityFone. Everything went fine and I was using my number after porting from them to Public Mobile and then on Dec. 28th my phone number changed with Public randomly. My old number is gone and I called CityFone they say they took my old number back.

where do I go from here? I want my old number back with Public. How would something like this happen? I ported away successfully from CityFone as I had my old number on Public for just over a month.

Thanks in advance all
