yes, there is an actual officer there. If you need to know, it is on the 30th floor, shared office with Telus

Yes it is there and I have been there. CSA's are not located there and with remote working it was a pretty empty place.

You can't get anywhere. You need to be signed in anyway. I was in town for a conference and was able to get down there.
