    <description>&lt;P&gt;My wife signed up at Christmas and is experiencing problems sending and recieving text messages.&amp;nbsp; She is unable to log in to her account on the app and we cannot seem to find any help with this.&amp;nbsp; Anyone have any input?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/367379"&gt;@Hawgdog&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;can she make calls?? how about receiving calls??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if calls work fine both incoming and outgoing, start with clicking Reset All Networks or Reset Network Settings&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and if she is using an Android phone, try to clear cavhe and test. Or install Google Message and set it as the default message app and test&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if iPhone, make sure carrier profile is updated, and try to disable and re-enable iMessage&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Last, test her sim on your phone&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if nothing works, then open ticket with PM support and ask them to re-provision the sim/account&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
