      <title>Phone not activated on the network</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My friend is a brand new Public Mobile user.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;He can receive calls, but he cannot make calls.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When he tries to make a call, he hears this recording, "your phone is not activated on the network".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;He is not able to submit a ticket with support, so I am trying to get help for him here.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
