      <description>&lt;P&gt;I payed my phone bill on feburary 27th because i was going away on a trip and my plan was due on march 1st, and my phone is not working now. i caled *611 and they told me my account balence is $30.00&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can someone please help me solve this problem?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
