    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've notice that so many people have a issue with changing plan. We do know that PM have some issue with this but let's move on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So let me tell you something cuz i run into this kind of problems as well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you wanna change your plan without get any errors or even worse to not be able to access your self server do the following.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Don't change your plan during&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;beginning/middle&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;of plan cycle. Always do it at the&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;End&lt;/STRONG&gt; of each cycle&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Before changing the plan remove &lt;STRONG&gt;Auto-Payment.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. Wait untill the&lt;STRONG&gt; last day&lt;/STRONG&gt; of your plan.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4. Wait till you get a notification/message from PM which say that you don't have&lt;STRONG&gt; money.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5. Change your desired plan.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;6. Enable&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Auto-Payment&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do i know this ? I've been in the same issue and i was manage to keep track of events with the help of PM staff.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And after a long debate i was able understand that you cannot change your plan during the previous cycle or in the middle of the cycle. And if you change during this period you will end up having following issue:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1.Cannot access Self Serve (Generic Error)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2.Plan not change (new cycle)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3.Incorrect reward display because you are stuck in a old cycle.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also you can talk with moderatos and ask them to change your plan and the result will be the same. They will ask you to remove your auto-payment and in the last day of the cycle to come back and write a ticket/message to change your plan.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yep, PM is still in beta...&lt;BR /&gt;the do-it-yourself side disappears slowly from PM, make-your-own-plan is surely became a choice between heavy user\hard user, less and less for random people who just want a call line for unlocked phone...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
