You have to have separate emails per number / account, you can use the same credit / debit cards. But make sure that you put them on Public about a week in separation because your bank may think Public Mobile is trying to charge you twice and stop the transaction.

If you are unsure if they can get their numbers ported to Public Mobile, click this link: https://secure.koodomobile.com/checktransfereligibilityparrot/default.do.

I also hear Public Mobile doesn't care whose name is on the account so if you want to put your kids name on it, you can.
