      <description>&lt;P&gt;Well, I can't get any help through the automated system and can't find a way to actually chat or talk to a human being so I'm pretty frustrated at the moment.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Besides having problems with the support service with errors and pages just not showing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do I discuss my issues that don't seem to be any of the scripted options?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Having said that it would be nice if their preferred method actually worked. It hasn't in awhile now. The link provided you to direct message CS used to be a fallback thing, now it's the go to way to get things done. In my experience lately, they usually respond in about an hour.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

At this rate I can't even cancel a service and will have to block Public via the bank.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
