      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I'm new to public mobile. And when I log in on the app. It tells me to comfirm 6 digit code for full access. But it's not sending a 6 digit code to my phone number.&amp;nbsp; I ported my number from bell&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;And can send and receive texts and phone calls&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Or do they just go to voicemail? If going to voicemail can be indication that port wasn’t complete . Did you leave bell sim&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;card in the phone to reply YES to confirmation text to port ? I’ll send you the keying team number private message &amp;nbsp;they can give status update on the port and re trigger it if needed .
