    <description>&lt;P&gt;I just switched over to Public Mobile and confirmed with the porting team that my number was successfully ported over from Rogers. However, I cannot active my eSIM and get an error message saying to contact my carrier service. My phone is no longer with Rogers and currently showing "no signal". I've tried to active my eSIM multiple times and restarted my device, reset all network settings, etc. No luck..&lt;/P&gt;</description>
