      <description>&lt;P&gt;What's a US top up? You meant an US data or call add-on? If you can send us some more info I'll be able to understand this fully. Bill payments can only be done using a credit card, or public mobile voucher etc. As far as I know there's no such thing which you can use to pay the monthly payment as a US top up.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
