I have spent hours!! trying to set up a subscription. I got as far as setting up my account and bank info. My phone number was not accepted and I read that if I am with Koodo I have to choose a new phone number then contact Public ??? I am not comfortable with that and am afraid of losing the phone number I have had for years. Also when I tried to send a message I was asked for a profile nickname for community chat - that was accepted but then I get a message 'authentication' or something else not right so I could not proceed with a query. I am so close to giving up on PUBLIC!!!
