hi i have transfering my number from telus prepaid but i have message in public mobile its SUBSCRIPTION NOT ACTIVATED , i want some one help me out this issue

@jasintha2019 I’ll send you the porting number private message . Call them they can give status update on the port or re trigger it if needed . If your still having issues I’ll leave you with this first link to support for further assistance
