I'd recommend just rebooting your phone, then do a speed test. You'll see 5G speeds of up to 250mbps. Try that and let us know if that works.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

How Can I switch it to the 5G network?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/344801"&gt;@redz514&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;make sure network mode on your phone shows 5G.&amp;nbsp; Also, make sure power save and data save mode are both disabled&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But remember one thing, your 5G plan is a 5G&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;speed&lt;/STRONG&gt; plan, it allows you to get upto 250Mbps on either 5G or 4G networks.&amp;nbsp; So, you can be using the 5G speed on the 4G/LTE network.&amp;nbsp; Run a speed test and see if you have a speed over 100Mbps&lt;/P&gt;</description>
