      <description>&lt;P&gt;that wont work either&amp;nbsp; I have an eversafe account but no account number or phone number associated only my name and phone number&amp;nbsp; When I message customer support they say there is no account associated with my email&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;yet they charged me $207 when I tried to change my plan even though it was never activated&amp;nbsp; They will not respond to my messages any longer.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
